This cuvée reflects her visionary contributions: the first vintage champagne in 1810, the riddling table in 1811, and the creation of the first known blended champagne Rosé in 1818. Crafted with mastery, the blend comprises 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, and adding 13% Pinot Noir red wine sourced from the historic 'Clos Colin' parcel, personally acquired by Madame Clicquot herself.
